Laura Johnson, President and Founder
Laura founded Financial Business Solutions, Inc. with the vision of providing superior financial and operational support during the pre and post-acquisition period. Her experience in Division and Corporate Accounting, Treasury and Senior FP&A roles, a real passion for helping business sellers and buyers, along with over a decade of private equity experience is the basis for Financial Business Solutions, Inc.
A highly experienced professional, Laura has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and financial planning and analysis in public and private industry and entrepreneurship. Having worked 14 years in M&A her industry experience is extensive.
Areas of expertise include M&A transition and operations support, wind-down financial management, acquisition due diligence and integration, private industry financial planning, reporting and analysis, cash flow management, strategic planning and business operations.
